ProCare Medical Acquires Hickory Bathing and Healthcare Solutions Inc

Hickory Products and Customers Now Supported by ProCare Medical

ProCare Medical Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of Hickory Bathing and Healthcare Solutions Inc. The purchase agreement finalizes a period of discussion between the two organizations, culminating in a succession plan for Hickory and their customers.

Hickory Bathing, based in Whitehouse Station, NJ, is a provider of patient care equipment for healthcare organizations. They have been a distributor of Vancare lift equipment and Secure Care Products patient wander management in the Mid-Atlantic region for almost 30 years. Founded by the late Michael Ruth in 1989, the core focus of patient safety and comfort will continue with the acquisition. The Whitehouse Station, NJ location will become a regional office location for Procare Medical.
