Kitchen wall cabinets with built-in flexibility

VertiInside is a lift system that is mounted inside a kitchen wall cabinet. When the system is installed, you may lower and raise the shelves with a push of a button on the control switch allowing seated users access to contents inside the cupboard. For people with limited mobility, this has two significant advantages; one is that it solves the problem of reaching the items in upper cabinets, the second is that the cabinet contents are directly accessible when the shelves are lowered, and there is no need to make room for opening the cabinet doors.

Fits all standard size kitchen wall cabinets

VertiInside lift systems fit into all standard size kitchen wall cabinets.

The only requirement is that the cabinet should be at least 27-1/2″ high and 10-1/2″ or 12-1/4″ deep. VertiInside may be used in cupboards from 15-3/4″ – 39-1/4″ wide.

If you are building a new kitchen, you may choose to install the lift system at the time of cabinet installation.  Existing kitchen cabinets may also be retrofitted with the VertiInside lift system to suit a user’s need for flexibility and accessibility and to create a disability-friendly kitchen within your existing kitchen.

Upper cupboards with VertiInside may adjust the height of the shelves up to 19-1/2″ up and down. You lower and raise the shelves with the control switch that is integrated into the kitchen worktop or by using a hand control. The height adjustment is done easily and smoothly with either option.

A safe solution that makes everyday life easier for people with mobility disabilities

VertiInside is a solution that makes a big difference for users who want to be self-reliant and independent. Like all ROPOX products, the lift system complies with the relevant standards regarding assistive aids for people with disabilities. This means that VertiInside is tested and approved in terms of safety, durability, and functionality. VertiInside is tested for a load of up to 176 lbs. evenly distributed on the lift system.

A safety stop plate may be installed to eliminate the possibility of injury or damage while the cabinet is raising or lowering. This plate is installed to the bottom and top of the cabinet and stops the movement of the cabinet if it meets any resistance when in movement.

If more light is required on the worktop underneath the cabinet, you may also install LED spots in the bottom safety stop plate. These spots provide pleasant and comfortable lighting on the tabletop surface.
