Zoom Out, Zoom In


Our manager of technology operations took the opportunity to respond to customer requests for service and the routes of the technicians from our NJ office. She took the liberty of referencing a recent read of Jim Collins “Great by Choice”, and did a zoom out, zoom in.

A visual display of recent field visits in NJ, as well as confirmation that we can always do better to respond faster with a fully stocked van. Service Calls, Installations, Inspections as a full systems integrator- that’s the ProCare Pledge.

One of the deliverables from the project: $99 service calls for PA technology customers to partner with facilities for needs to re-open their buildings thru the summer and fall. Additional details here.

Thanks again for our great lift and transfer training today. Our staff expressed learning a great deal and feeling confident with their skills for our SPH program
