Meet the Management Team
Dwayne is the principal at ProCare Medical, and is dedicated to reducing costs of care and providing safety in caregiving solutions.
He has 23 years experience in safe patient handling and capital equipment, and leads the 3 business units from the Lancaster corporate office. His background includes technical operations, project management, and R&D of medical equipment.
He led a team of staff to implement, commission, and support the VA Medical Centers VISN 4 and 5 SPH Programs. He also was an associate in the implementation of Sunrise Senior Living Worker Compensation and Risk Manager SRHM program.
As a central Pennsylvania native and Penn State Graduate, Dwayne resides in Lititz with his wife and 4 children.
Joel Goodman, Service Manager
Joel is the service manager and leads the technical operations of the business. His leadership includes the tech support, parts orders, and service repair department. The field and office team members work together to provide the “customer care” that is part of our mission and focus.
His background includes 18 years in the medical equipment industry, including work for manufacturers and distributors. From central PA, he also led production of bathing tub company for 4 years in the southeast.
Joel lives in Ephrata with his family, and enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and cars that go fast.
Liz Ibach, Office Manager
Liz is our office manager and has responsibility for human resources and the office operations. Her accounting background is on display as she manages the 4 office staff, including customer care associates and accounting functions.
Liz has been with our team for 7 years, and came from the banking industry. She enjoys the outdoors, camping, and spending time with family. She lives in southern Lancaster County with her husband and two children.
Mark Reimer, Sales Manager
Mark is the Sales Manager for the healthcare division and leads the account managers and consultants in the regional offices. This includes business development for acute and post acute organizations, as well as marketing initiatives for the 4 product categories of safety in caregiving.
His background includes 15 years in the healthcare industry, including seating and supports surfaces. Prior experience includes marketing in both business and the banking industries, and Mark is a graduate of Moravian College. Mark lives in the Lehigh Valley with his wife and 3 children.
Tracy Davenport, Manager of Life Safety and Security
Tracy manages the operations for the access control, safety, security division of our business. As a 20+ year veteran of the Hickory Bathing business that was acquired in 2018, she leads the customer interactions from quoting thru scheduling and post project support.
She works from our central NJ office to support local customers quickly, and lives there with her husband and 2 children. Tracy enjoys sporting activities with her teenagers and the beach.
